Call or text
If I'm up a ladder I'll miss the call, so a text is the surer way to reach me. Put the address in it and say what the system is doing: blowing warm air, not starting, dripping through a ceiling. Then my first reply can be about the problem.
During working hours I answer texts within the hour. After hours, text anyway and I'll answer first thing in the morning.

Arizona doesn't change its clocks. In summer that puts Tucson on California time, in winter on Denver time.

Photos of the unit's label help. The model and serial number tell me the age and the refrigerant before I arrive.
